We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your tour. If you wish to cancel you can simply contact our customer service and our team will proceed accordingly.

There are different practises depending on the tour operators under the given terms and conditions. In most of the cases if you cancel your tour 24 hours (or less than that) prior to the departure of the tour then there might be no available refunds whereas if you cancel a week or so prior to the departure of the tour a certain amount of refund maybe available. If a refund is to be received in general it takes about 7 business days for the amount that is to be returned to your account, please keep in mind that the given time is subject to change depending on the bank procedure. We recommend you to contact your tour operator or our customer service for accurate information. Please also keep in mind that you can use the payment you made as a credit for future tours. 

You can cancel your tour at any time before it starts but please keep in mind that depending on the tour operator and under given terms and conditions cancellation fees may apply as explained in the above title. If you use your credits for a booking and if you cancel your booking later then the credits are not refundable

If you want to rearrange the dates of a specific booking it is quite easy. From your reservation page you can simply click “View New Dates” and select the ones that suits. Please do note that the price at the time of rebooking will apply, if there is any change.

The tour operators have the right to cancel the tours due to security, health or similar concerns. In such cases the tour operator will contact you as soon as possible to go over your available options depending on the terms and conditions.
