I ve Booked a Tour! What Now

We will get you prepared so that you are ready to make the most out of your tour

After booking a tour on TravelShop Booking you will receive an official confirmation according to given term and conditions. You can view the booking confirmation on your TravelShop Booking account by logging in to your account. Once your booking is confirmed you will be able to contact the tour operator if you have any questions. You can also contact our customer service if you need further information.

You can contact the tour operator or our customer service through our web page by clicking “contact us” in our home page or by clicking “Ask question” in the tour’s page.

You can always see the optional tours or activities by expanding the “Excluded” tab in the “Tour’s Page”. If you would like to have more information about their prices, dates etc. Please contact our Customer Service for assistance. 

The best way to add another person to your existing booking is to contact the tour operator with the ID and other details of the tour and ask for assistance. You can also contact our customer service if you wish. In relation to this process please keep in mind that your request may not be fulfilled if the tour is fully books and as a result there might be no available seat and also the unit price of the tour may change at the time booking for the additional person. 

After you complete the full procedure of booking a tour, you will receive an e mail or a message with the voucher related to tour details and payment together with the booking confirmation.

If you booked your flight on your own please send a us a message through Travelshop Booking page or please send us an e mail with a scanned copy of your ticket.

Please do keep in mind that if the transfer services are included in the tour and the flight ticket is arranged by traveler, it is the responsibility of the traveler to inform the tour operator and/or our customer service in relation to your arrival airport, time, airline etc. If necessary information is not provided by the traveler the required transfer services (if there is any) cannot be provided by the tour operator.
