Arrive at Trabzon Airport, meet your transfer representative and continue to your hotel.

Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a short introductory walk or take time to rest.

In the evening, meet your guide and fellow travellers over a welcome dinner featuring regional dishes. Hear about the route ahead and the different food traditions you will encounter.

After breakfast, explore selected streets and food shops in central Trabzon. Your guide introduces ingredients commonly used in local cooking, with tastings arranged along the way.

Continue to a local kitchen for your first hands-on workshop. Help prepare a seasonal menu that may include a cornmeal-based dish, vegetables, beans or a regional pastry.

Enjoy the lunch you have prepared together.

The afternoon includes a relaxed cultural walk, followed by free time to browse, enjoy coffee or return to your hotel.

After breakfast, travel along the coast to Rize.

Continue to an arranged tea producer visit. Observe the stages operating that day and enjoy a guided tasting.

After lunch featuring regional dishes, take a short walk or stop at a coastal viewpoint before checking in to your hotel.

Depart after breakfast and travel towards the Sarp/Sarpi border.

Complete border formalities before continuing to Batumi. Transport and guiding arrangements may change at the crossing; these will be confirmed before departure.

Once in Batumi, take a break for lunch at your leisure and check in to your hotel.

Later, enjoy an introductory walk through the old town and along a section of the seaside promenade. Gather for a Georgian welcome dinner in the evening.
