On TravelShop Booking, you can easily request more information by visiting the tour detail page and clicking the “Ask a Question” button. This connects you directly with the tour operator through TravelShop Booking.

How can I make a booking?

To book a tour, browse the available tours and select the one that interests you. Choose your preferred travel date, then click the “Book Now” button. Follow the step-by-step booking process — providing your details, confirming the itinerary, and completing payment. Once done, your booking will be finalized!

How can I make changes to an existing booking?

To modify your booking, log in to your account, navigate to the “Tours” section, and locate the booking you want to change. Open the booking conversation page and you'll find options on the right-hand side to modify your booking.

How can I cancel my booking?

To cancel a tour booking, log in and go to the “Tours” section. Open the booking conversation page, and on the right-hand side you'll find options to modify or cancel. Review the cancellation policy, as fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the tour's start date.

Are flights included in the tour package?

International flights are typically not included. Since our travelers come from all over the world, we offer the flexibility to book your flights separately. We've partnered with Kiwi to help you compare flight options and book directly through our Flights Page. Some tours may offer optional flight packages.

Can solo travelers book tours?

Absolutely! Solo travelers can definitely book tours on TravelShop Booking. Joining a tour is a great way to meet like-minded people and enjoy a hassle-free travel experience. While some tours may have a single supplement fee, many offer room-sharing options to help you avoid extra costs.
