DAY 1 

Arrival and pick up at the Airport

We will arrange pickup from the airport to the hotel/guest/lodge where you will have booked accommodation. Depending on your time of arrival you an option to do a few personal groceries before heading to the lodge. You also have a choice of doing any optional activity of your choice. Later after dinner there will be a brief discussion about the tour on what to expect and not expect. We will also discuss the time of departure and the meeting point.

DAY 2 

Departure from the hotel to Moremi Game Reserve

Just after your breakfast we will pick you from the lodge and drive to Moremi Game Reserve for about 3 hours depending on what we see on the road and the road conditions. On arrival at Moremi we will have our packed lunch then we proceed with the after game drive. We will have water and soft drinks in our vehicle. After the game drive then we drive to the campsite where we will find our team ( chef and camp hand). We will find the campsite prepared. Dinner will be ready and hot water to bath.

DAY 3

Okavango Delta Boat Cruise & Game Drive in Moremi

We will wake up early in the morning for the morning game drive then return back to the campsite for the morning breakfast. Just after the breakfast we drive to Xakanaxa boat station where we will do our boat cruise. After our cruise we then proceed with the game drive. We will have packed lunch with us. We will then return back to the campsite in the evening where we will find  dinner and hot water ready. We will then sit around the fire place after dinner then discuss the plan for the following day as we will be relocating to Khwai Concession.

DAY 4 

Moremi to Khwai Concession

After our early morning breakfast we then do the early morning game drive in Moremi before transfer game drive to Khwai. Our team (chef and camp hand) will pack the luggage in their vehicle and drive to Khwai to prepare the campsite ahead of the us. We will have packed lunch since we will spend most of the time doing game drives. Later on arrival in Khwai we will find the campsite ready. Discussion on the following day s activity will be done.

DAY 5

Exploring Khwai & Night Game Drive

Just after our early morning breakfast we drive into Khwai Concession for the game drive for some hours. Later we return back to the campsite to have our lunch and rest. We will have our afternoon tea then do a short afternoon game drive. After dinner we drive into the Khwai Concession for the night game drive for some hours.

DAY 6

Khwai to Savuti

After our morning breakfast we go to the mokoro station to do the mokoro for some hours before heading to Savuti.  We will drive for some hours to Savuti. Packed lunch and water will be with us. Later at the campsite will find hot water ready to shower and dinner ready. Discussions for the following day will be done before going to bed.

DAY 7

Exploring Savuti

During this day we will spend most of the time in the wilderness exploring Savuti. Packed lunch will be with us. We will return back in the evening for dinner and shower.

DAY 8

Savuti to Chobe

We will wake up early in the morning pack our luggage in the vehicle and drive to Chobe. There will be a morning game drive in the Savuti before heading to Chobe. On arrival in Chobe you will have time to rest before doing the evening game drive. You will have packed lunch. On arrival in the campsite you will rest and later do the evening game drive. Discussions for the next day s activity will be done  just after dinner.

DAY 9

Transfer from Chobe to Kasane

Just after the morning breakfast we drive to Chobe river boat station. On arrival we will do boat cruise for some hours. After the cruise we drop you at the airport. This is your last day of the tour. Transfer to Victoria Falls will be arrange at a different cost.
