Arrival
in Van and transfer to your hotel. Visit Akdamar Island, home to the
beautifully restored 10th-century Armenian Church of the Holy Cross (Sourp
Khach), built between 915–921 AD as part of a royal palace complex.

After breakfast, travel south along a historic
branch of the Silk Road. Visit Hoşap Castle, strategically built to control and
protect trade routes while collecting tolls from travelers. Return to Van and
visit the Van Citadel at sunset, offering spectacular views over the city and
Lake Van.

After breakfast, depart for Doğubeyazıt via
Muradiye and the scenic Bend-i Mahi (Muradiye) Waterfalls. Enjoy your first
breathtaking views of Mount Ararat, known across cultures as Masis, the
Mountain of Fire, and the biblical resting place of Noah’s Ark. Continue north
around Mount Ararat to Kars.

After breakfast, travel to Ani, the former capital
of the medieval Bagratid Armenian Kingdom. Explore the impressive fortified
walls and ruins of churches that still encircle this once-great city. Return to
Kars.

Depart Kars and cross the border into Georgia, then
continue into Armenia. Travel to Gyumri, located in the Shirak Valley, one of
Armenia’s cultural centers. Continue to Yerevan, the capital of Armenia.

After breakfast, visit Echmiadzin, one of the
holiest cities in Armenia and the spiritual center of the Armenian Apostolic
Orthodox Church. On the return to Yerevan, visit the ruins of Zvartnots Temple,
a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Travel to Khor Virap Monastery, one of Armenia’s
most important pilgrimage sites, set dramatically against Mount Ararat. From
here, enjoy one of the most iconic views of the mountain, completing a virtual

Visit Garni Temple, a 1st-century Roman-era temple
believed to honor Emperor Nero. Continue to Geghard Cave Monastery before
