The Majestic Canada tour does not include private airport transfers by default. Airport transportation is provided through hotel shuttles or group-based arrangements that align with the official itinerary schedule.

Arrival Transfers

Arrival in Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is not included as a private transfer.

Guests are required to arrive before 4:00 PM to join the group schedule.

Internal Flight Day

On the travel day from Calgary (YYC) to Toronto, guests will utilize the complimentary hotel shuttle from the hotel to Calgary International Airport.

Shuttle timings must be confirmed directly with the hotel bell desk.

If the shuttle is not operating at the required time, guests must arrange a taxi at their own expense.

East Coast Arrival (Toronto)

The transfer from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is not included in the package but is available as an optional service.

Arrival must be scheduled before 4:00 PM to ensure participation in the evening tour briefing.

Departure Transfers

On the final day, departure from Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is provided via the complimentary hotel shuttle.

Shuttle service operates according to hotel schedules (typically between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM).

Guests with early departures outside shuttle hours must arrange transportation at their own expense.

Departure Flight (East Canada)
