Asik Veysel Museum

Asik Veysel is a Turkish ashik and poet who lost his eyesight due to smallpox and lived between 1894 and 1973. In 1982, his home was transformed into a museum, and in 2012, it was renovated as part of the "Cultural Alliance between Museums Project" of the European Union. Today, it is possible to explore the life of the poet, to watch old records and his documentary in the museum.
