Bandirma Museum

With assistance from neighborhood non-governmental organizations, the Bandirma Museum was established in 2001. The culture ministry oversaw its completion and public opening in 2003. It is a honeycomb-shaped structure in the heart of the city. The collection includes items discovered during the Cyzicus excavations, numerous tomb stelae from the Persian and Phrygian eras, and numerous clay artifacts made in the surrounding area.
