Itinerary
Welcome to Şanlıurfa. Your driver will meet you at Şanlıurfa Airport and take you to the city centre. After check-in or luggage drop-off, begin exploring the places that give Urfa its distinctive character.
Start at Balıklıgöl, the pool at the heart of the city’s historic quarter. Walk through the surrounding courtyards and streets, then continue into the traditional bazaars. Here, you can browse spices, copperware and local products while taking in the everyday rhythm of the old city.
Later, visit the Şanlıurfa Archaeological Museum and the nearby Haleplibahçe Mosaic Museum. These visits provide valuable context for the archaeological sites you will see the following day. There will be time to try regional dishes for lunch or dinner at a local restaurant.
In the evening, you may choose to join an optional sıra gecesi, a traditional gathering featuring Urfa music and food.
Overnight: Şanlıurfa
After breakfast, travel to Göbeklitepe. Explore the archaeological site with your guide and learn about its monumental stone structures and the communities that built them. Take time at the viewing areas to appreciate the scale of the site and its setting.
Continue across the plains to Harran. Visit the area known for its distinctive domed houses and hear about the settlement’s long history. Depending on site access and the pace of the day, there will be time to see more of Harran’s historic surroundings and stop for photographs.
Return to Şanlıurfa in the late afternoon. The evening is free: revisit the bazaar, relax at your hotel, or enjoy another taste of the city’s cuisine.

Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast and check-out, depart for Halfeti, a riverside town on the Euphrates. On arrival, board a boat for a trip through the surrounding scenery, with views towards Savaşan Village. Your guide will share the story of the area as you travel.
After the boat trip, enjoy free time for lunch and a walk along the waterfront. Your driver will then take you to Şanlıurfa Airport or your agreed drop-off point, bringing your three-day journey to a close.
