Jump on board your Go Sail Greece boat and meet your Captain, crew and shipmates!
Check in is from 1-2 pm and after the welcome speech we aim to depart for Agios Nikolaos around 3pm.
On the way to Agios Nikolaos we will take a much-needed swim stop in the crystal Ionian sea before arriving at our destination.
There we will get the chance to enjoy a drink or 3 with our new shipmates while tucking into the traditional Greek-style welcome dinner on board!
After breakfast we cruise over to the island of Kefalonia, with another refreshing swim stop on the way.
Later on, we dock at Agia Effimia, a traditional Greek fishing village with a small harbour.
There are a number of taverns, bars and shops in the village, as well as a traditional wood-fired bakery.
From the idyllic promenade we can watch the sunset while enjoying a Greek beer or ouzo!
After breakfast our next island stop is Lefkada island, and its most famous port called Nydri (also spelt Nidri).
We can explore its famous local markets full of traditional Greek products and admire the contrasting scenery: crystal-clear waters and dark green forests.
It’s our last night on board the boat, so time to hit the town and get some cocktails in Nydri’s waterside bars.
After breakfast, we say goodbye to our amazing crew and check out around 9am.
We have the option to either fly out from nearby Preveza airport, or continue exploring more of the Ionian Islands along the west coast of Greece.
