The experience also includes a range of complementary elements not listed individually, such as access to outdoor seating areas, bonfire use (when conditions allow), and supporting equipment used during the activity, ensuring a complete and comfortable experience.
Outdoor Experience: The activity takes place entirely outdoors in a rural, off-grid environment. Surfaces may be uneven and lighting is minimal during the night session.
Low-Light Conditions: For proper night-sky observation, lights are restricted. Guests must follow staff instructions regarding light use (only red lights permitted during observation).
Mobility & Accessibility: The terrain is not adapted for reduced mobility. Guests must be comfortable walking in low-light conditions.
Weather Dependency: The experience runs in most weather conditions. In case of cloud cover, the program is adapted to include extended explanations and live-screen astronomy content instead of telescope observation. Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for refund.
Astronomical Variability: Visibility of specific celestial objects (e.g. planets, Milky Way) depends on season, time, and sky conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are expected to follow safety instructions at all times, especially around equipment, animals, and the bonfire area. Children must be supervised by accompanying adults at all times. No childcare or entertainment services are provided.
Animals on Site: Some animals roam freely on the finca, including two German Shepherds assisting during activities. Guests must be comfortable around animals and behave responsibly.
No Telescope Handling: Telescopes and technical equipment are operated exclusively by staff. Guests observe through the equipment but do not handle it.
Arrival Time: Guests are required to arrive on time (recommended 1–1.5 hours before sunset - specific beginning time is given for each month). Late arrival may result in refusal of entry without refund.
Food & Dietary Requirements: Any allergies or dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.
Transport: The location is rural and not easily accessible by public transport. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transport.
Finca Rules: House rules are available online and on site. Guests are required to familiarise themselves with these rules and follow them throughout the experience.
Light / Phone Policy: During observation, use of flashlights, phone flashes, or bright screens is not permitted, as it disrupts night vision for the group.
