08:30 AM – Arrive at the Coffee Farm
Begin with a short guided walk through the nearby coffee plantation.

09:15 AM – Coffee Processing Explained
Return to the café and discover what happens to the coffee after harvesting.
Your guide will explain three important processing methods:
Natural Process – coffee cherries are dried whole before the beans are extracted.
Honey Process – the skin is removed while some fruit mucilage remains during drying.
Fully Washed Process – the fruit is removed and the beans are thoroughly washed before drying.
Learn how each processing method can influence the coffee's aroma, sweetness, body, acidity, and overall flavor profile.
10:00 AM – Professional Coffee Cupping Session
Join a guided coffee cupping session following international cupping standards.
