The paddling session lasts approximately 1–1.5 hours, while the overall experience includes hotel transfers, preparation, showering, and clean-up. Round-trip transfers are available from selected South Bali areas, including Kuta, Legian, Tuban, Sanur, Jimbaran, Tanjung Benoa, and Nusa Dua. Additional charges may apply for pickups outside the standard service area.
Important Information:
Minimum age: 8 years old to participate in the activity. The experience is suitable for families with children aged 8 and above, provided participants meet the activity requirements.
Weight limit: Maximum 90 kg per participant.
Senior guests: This activity is not recommended for senior participants.
Insurance coverage: Applies to participants aged 5–65 years only. Participants must still meet the minimum activity age of 8 years. Children under 5 and participants over 65 are not covered under the stated insurance policy.
Safety equipment: Life jackets must be worn throughout the paddling activity.
Pregnancy: Pregnant participants are not covered under the stated insurance policy and should not participate.

Itinerary
1. Hotel Pick-up and Transfer
08:00–09:00 (approx.)
Meet your driver at your hotel for a transfer to Wana Segara Kertih, the starting point for your mangrove stand-up paddleboarding experience. Pick-up is available from selected South Bali areas, including Kuta, Legian, Tuban, Sanur, Jimbaran, Tanjung Benoa, and Nusa Dua. Travel time depends on your hotel location and traffic conditions.
2. Wana Segara Kertih – Safety Briefing and Paddle Preparation
09:00–09:30 (approx.)
Upon arrival, meet your guide for a safety briefing and an introduction to basic stand-up paddleboarding techniques. Learn how to maintain your balance, handle the paddle, and navigate the mangrove waterways. Receive your equipment and put on your life jacket before entering the water.
3. Guided Mangrove Stand-Up Paddle Experience
09:30–11:00 (approx.)
Spend approximately 1–1.5 hours paddling through peaceful mangrove waterways. Glide between lush mangrove trees, observe their distinctive root systems, and learn about the ecosystem’s role in coastal protection and biodiversity. Depending on natural conditions, you may also spot birds, crabs, and small fish.
Follow your guide’s instructions and help protect the environment by avoiding mangrove roots, taking all rubbish with you, and not touching or feeding wildlife.
4. Return to PT. JTB Indonesia – Shower and Clean-Up
11:00–12:00 (approx.)
After completing the paddling session, return to PT. JTB Indonesia to shower, freshen up, and change into dry clothes. Bring a towel, swimwear, a change of clothes, and personal toiletries if needed.
5. Return Transfer to Hotel
12:00–13:00 (approx.)
After showering and getting ready, meet your driver for the return transfer to your hotel. Drop-off is expected around 13:00, depending on your hotel location, traffic, and operational arrangements.
