Blue Lagoon, Comino Caves & Gozo Cruise: swim & sightsee

A full-day adventure to Comino, Gozo, the Blue Lagoon, Crystal Lagoon, and sea caves aboard our spacious, family-run boat. Captain Kevin and his friendly crew will take you on an unforgettable journey filled with history, culture, and plenty of fun at sea. Your cruise begins along Malta’s spectacular northern coastline, where dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and natural rock formations create the perfect backdrop for photos. As we pass St. Paul’s Islands and the statue marking the Apostle Paul’s shipwreck in 60 A.D., Captain Kevin will share live commentary full of stories and local legends that bring the scenery to life. Entering into the Ahrax and Santa Maria caves, where the captain brings the boat close enough for fantastic photo opportunities accessible only by sea. From there, we continue through the north channel of Comino, passing famous sights like the Elephant’s Head rock formation, Santa Maria Bay, and St. Nicholas Bay before reaching the highlight of the day: the world-famous Blue Lagoon. Here the boat moors in a secluded, less crowded area with crystal-clear turquoise waters. You’ll have 1.5 hours to swim, snorkel, or simply relax. Jump straight into the lagoon, slide down our 10-meter waterslide, or float at ease with the help of buoyancy aids (available for a deposit). On board, you can stretch out on deck chairs, find shade on the main deck, or sip a refreshing pineapple cocktail while enjoying the view. During your stop, you’re free to stay on the boat and enjoy its facilities or step ashore to explore the sandy beach and island paths. Facilities include toilets, lockers, and a snack bar serving drinks, food, ice cream, and cocktails. Our boat is designed for comfort, relaxation, and fun, making it easy to spend the whole day at sea. After soaking up Comino, we head to Gozo. You’ll enjoy around 3 hours of free time on Malta’s sister island. Explore on your own or join our optional shuttle (€5) to Victoria, Gozo’s capital. Here you can visit the historic Citadel, browse local shops, and take in sweeping island views. On the way, we make a photo stop at Qala Belvedere, one of Gozo’s most beautiful viewpoints. Once back on board, we cruise past the charming Mgarr Harbour and return to Malta through Comino’s south channel. Along the way, you’ll see the Crystal Lagoon, more hidden caves, and the imposing St. Mary’s Tower, a final highlight before arriving back. Throughout the journey, Captain Kevin and the crew keep the atmosphere lively with commentary, hospitality, and even a smashing playlist that guests of all ages love.
