The Dalaman Stream originates from the Kocas Mountain and flows for a total length of 229 km between Marmaris and Fethiye. Its narrow and deep valley is 8 km from the south to the sea, surrounded by giant rocks and pine forests that make for a magnificent scenery. The tea growing in the valley is a result of arms descending from the Goktepe and Yaylacik mountains of western Taurus. Amateur rafters can explore the river using R2 and R3 trails, while other parts are closed to them. Rafting season is from May to November, providing the best conditions for an unforgettable experience.
