Upon arrival at Livingstone Island, your professional guide will provide information about the island, the Zambezi River and Victoria Falls before giving a detailed safety briefing. When river conditions and seasonal water levels permit, eligible guests can take part in the unforgettable Devil’s Pool experience.

Devil’s Pool is a naturally formed rock pool located near the edge of Victoria Falls. During the appropriate low-water season, guests can enter the pool under the supervision of experienced guides and enjoy a remarkable perspective over the dramatic gorge below.

Safety is the priority throughout the experience. Access to Devil’s Pool is subject to seasonal availability, water levels, river conditions and the professional assessment of the operating guides. If conditions are unsuitable, the Devil’s Pool portion of the activity may not operate.

After your Livingstone Island experience, return by boat along the Zambezi River and transfer back to your accommodation in Livingstone.
