Muscat: Private Wadi Shab & Bimmah Sinkhole Day Tour

Escape Muscat for a private full-day excursion to Wadi Shab and Bimmah Sinkhole. Travel along the coast in a private air-conditioned vehicle and enjoy a day of canyon scenery, walking and time beside natural pools. The tour is for your own group of 1–4 guests, with pickup and return in Muscat.

At Wadi Shab, a short local boat crossing leads to the walking trail. Walk for approximately 45 minutes each way over uneven and rocky ground to reach the pools. Allow around one hour for swimming and relaxing, according to conditions and your ability. Swimming is optional. The inner cave section is suitable only for confident swimmers when conditions allow; access is not guaranteed. Your driver-guide helps with the day's arrangements and the meeting point for the return journey.

Visit Bimmah Sinkhole for photographs and time to appreciate its striking turquoise water. Use the steps only if you are comfortable with them; entering the water is optional and depends on local conditions. Lunch is included during the day. The planned duration is approximately 7–8 hours, starting at 09:00 and returning to Muscat around 16:00–17:00.

Private transport, fuel, driver-guide service and lunch are included. The local boat crossing fee, any additional admission charges, personal purchases and optional equipment are paid separately. Wear secure walking shoes and bring swimwear, a towel, sun protection and water for the walk. This is a moderately active excursion; guests should be comfortable walking on uneven terrain.
