 7am  Complimentary pick up from your Kuala Lumpur hotel and depart for Taman Negara.  On arrival at Kuala Tahan, tour begins. No waiting as Nature Guide and boat ready. Nature Guide takes you trekking to the viewpoint for a stunning view of Gunung Tahan - Malaysia's highest mountain. Catch a boat and the boatman skillfully negotiates 7 sets of rapids to reach an ABORIGINE VILLAGE. The women shy away, men “run” away only to reappear with their fire making and hunting tools. You can partake of the activities. These naïve people sustain their living with small farming, fishing, use blowpipe to hunt smaller animals, sell medicinal herbs and spices. They are being rehabilitated. The rainforest is their supermarket.

The Experienced Nature guide who lives in Taman Negara itself will belt out facts and taboos on Taman Negara. He then leads you to a rainforest waterfalls for a cool dip - a therapeutic stress reliever. Check in to hotel.

7pm Join Nature Guide for the Night Jungle walk to look for insects, scorpions, spiders, slow loris, mouse deer etc  and watch nocturnal animals come for their salt lick at the man made salt lake.  Experience the night ambience in virgin jungle.
