Buggy drivers must be 21+ and FULLY QUALIFIED to drive.
Drivers must show a valid, current, full driver’s license +1 other government-issued Photo ID to confirm identity, before going out on tour.
Our Buggy tours are held Monday to Sunday.
Children under 4 years are not permitted to ride as Buggy passengers.
Customers on a Buggy Tour must wear proper footwear (trainers / hard-soled shoes). A small backpack or bag is advised for carrying essentials.
Drivers must follow instructions given by the tour leader at all times.
Racing and overtaking is strictly prohibited. If customers flout road safety rules, and if an accident occurs, the responsible driver is fully liable for any resulting costs.
The buggies are fully comprehensively insured, except for the first €350.00, which is borne by the hirer/driver for the excess fee of the insurance.
Our safety guidelines are there to protect you and other Buggy customers on tour. To ensure all clients have a safe, thrilling and enjoyable experience. Anyone deliberately disobeying safety protocols, will have their Buggy confiscated without any refund, and must make their way back to Malta.
