1. Booking Confirmation & Seat Reservation

A USD 200 deposit is required in order to confirm and block seats.

• Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A booking request does not guarantee availability until the deposit is received.
• While limited flexibility may be granted depending on availability, Topaz Tours does not guarantee seats until the deposit is confirmed.
• By issuing the deposit, the client acknowledges that seats are being blocked and inventory is being removed from sale.

Final Balance – Standard Policy

• The final balance is due no later than 35 days prior to departure for all tours, unless otherwise specified.

Colorful Costa Rica – Special Payment Deadline

• For the Colorful Costa Rica package, the final balance is due no later than 21 days prior to departure.

Bookings Within the Payment Window

• Any booking made within the applicable final payment window requires full payment at the time of booking, as follows:
• Within 35 days of departure: All tours (except Colorful Costa Rica)
• Within 21 days of departure: Colorful Costa Rica

Deposit-only payments are not accepted within these windows.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies are based on departure date and destination/event type.
