If you want to enjoy the spectacular dawn views at Poon Hill and watch the sunrise on the Annapurna Ranges you will have to be up very early – before daybreak. Watching the slow rise of the sun shining off the mountains will leave you shell-struck and rewarded for your effort of getting up early this morning. There are superb 180 degree views of of Dhaulagiri (8167m), Tukuche (6920m), Dhampus, Nilgiri (2637m), Annapurna South (8091), Bhara, Sikhar and Machapuchare (Fishtail - 6993m).
