Ali Pasha Bazaar

Ali Pasha Bazaar was built in 1560 on the order of Hersekli Semiz Ali Pasha. The bazaar was designed and generated by Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan as a tiny scale of the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul. The bazaar consists of 130 shops 300m in length. The fire in 1992 harshly damaged the bazaar but was restored and opened in 1997. It was built with stones and bricks in classical Ottoman architecture features and has six gateways. So many souvenir shops can be found in it.
