- Ankara Castle: Next, visit this historic castle dating back to the Hittite period (1600 BC). The castle overlooks the city and includes a quaint neighborhood with old houses and a local market.
- Augustus Temple: This ancient Roman temple, built in 25–20 BC, is famous for its Greek inscriptions and was later converted into a basilica during the Christian era.
