Welcome to Istanbul! Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST), meet our transfer representative at the designated meeting point and travel to your hotel.
After check-in, the rest of the day is yours. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a relaxed walk, try a local restaurant, or settle in before the race weekend begins.
Your circuit transfer arrangements, collection times, and meeting points will be communicated before the scheduled outings.

After breakfast, depart for Istanbul Park by air-conditioned vehicle. Departure time will be arranged around the event schedule, with additional time allowed for traffic and circuit entry procedures.
Enter the venue using your separately purchased ticket and enjoy the scheduled track action. Qualifying is the focus of today’s visit, subject to the published race-weekend timetable. Access to support races and spectator areas depends on your ticket and the organizer’s programme.
After the scheduled activities, meet your driver at the agreed collection point for the return journey to your hotel.
