Learn the secrets behind Peru’s iconic Pisco Sour in a fun demonstration class, then master the art of preparing fresh ceviche, the country’s most celebrated dish. Savor a delectable Peruvian lunch with ocean views before embarking on a captivating city tour. Stroll through the romantic Love Park in Miraflores, admire the ancient Huaca Pucllana pyramid, and explore Lima’s historic center, including the stunning Main Square, Government Palace, and the mysterious Catacombs of San Francisco. This day is a perfect blend of flavor and culture!
Early in the morning, you will be picked up at your hotel and taken to Lima Airport for your flight to Cusco (flight not included). Upon arrival at Cusco, you will be driven to your hotel. You will receive a welcome coca tea to help you acclimate.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy a city tour by visiting the Cathedral in the main square. Then, you will see the Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha) and the Sacsayhuaman fortress, a large stone structure built by the Incas. After that, you will visit Qenqo with its tunnels and canals, Puca Pucará, which was used for storage, and Tambomachay, a place for water rituals. Finally, you will return to Cusco.

Today, you’ll become a Peruvian chef! Begin at the bustling San Pedro Market, where vibrant stalls brim with fresh ingredients.
