Shared transfer from Otopeni Airport to Brasov. Accommodation in Brasov.
Optional 1: City tour of Brasov with an English-speaking guide. Discover one of Europe's narrowest streets. See the Black Church and more. Founded by Teutonic Knights in 1211, Brasov is a perfect example of a settlement of the Middle Ages. Today, it is one of the best-preserved cities in Europe and home to some of Europe's narrowest streets. Optional 2: City tour of Brasov and visit of the Bran Castle. After the city tour of Brasov, we will go to the Dracula Castle in Bran. Your guide will explain to you the historical background of the template for Bram Stoker`s novel and you will learn, how did Vlad Tepes, the Impaler, turned in Count Dracula. From Bran we will drive back to Brasov. Optional 3: Private tour in the surroundings of Brasov Itinerary: Brasov – Prejmer – Sinaia – Bran – Rasnov – Brasov Highlights: • Explore beautiful Transylvania • Discover the well-preserved Fortress of Prejmer • Visit the Summer residence of the Romanian royal family • Feel the spirit of the legendary Dracula in Bran Castle • Understand the history of the fortress in Rasnov Program: Enjoy this tour from Brasov to the surrounding areas of Prejmer, Sinaia, Bran and Rasnov. This day trip will introduce you to the beautiful and full of history of Transylvania! First, you will visit one of the best-preserved fortified churches in Transylvania, Prejmer Fortress. You will continue your journey towards Sinaia, in order to see the Summer residence of the Romanian royal family. Your next destination will be Dracula's Castle in Bran, where your guide will tell you more about the Romanian royal family and about Dracula. From here you drive to Rasnov in order to visit the peasants’ citadel. From inside the citadel, you get to enjoy a magnificent 360 degrees view over the Barsa Land. Later in the afternoon, you will return to Brasov. Optional 4: Private Hiking and Bear Watching in the Carpathians: Brasov - Piatra Craiului Departure hour & location: 10.00, in front of your hotel The Carpathian Mountains may not be as high as famous as the Alps or as old as Russia’s Urals, but are probably some of Europe’s most spectacular and wild mountain groups and are home to Europe’s largest large carnivores. Join us for a day filled with exciting tracks, breathtaking views and small, isolated settlements, where it seems like time has stood still for the last couple of centuries. Highlights: • Explore the beauty of the Carpathian Mountains • Visit the Bear Sanctuary Liberty • Enjoy a delicious Romanian traditional picnic Program: We will depart in the morning from Braşov and drive to the mountains, just outside of Zărneşti. Here we will visit the Bear Sanctuary Liberty, one of the most interesting wildlife conservation projects: almost one hundred brown bears have been brought from old zoos and illegal animal parks, and have found a much better life here. From here we will drive to the Piatra Craiului Mountains and prepare for a 5-hour hike to one of Romania’s most beautiful scenery: lively coloured meadows, migrating sheep herds and isolated mountain villages will enchant us all day long. At noon we will enjoy a delicious picnic with traditional homemade sausages and cheese. In the evening we will return to Braşov.

Sibiu is one of Romania's cultural and tourism capitals, attracting tourists due to its wonderful medieval charm. We start with the villages that have Saxon influent like Cisnadie a beautiful fortified church and Cisnadioara to visit one of the oldest fortified church and a view of the surroundings from its hill. The next stops are different in architecture and ways of life in Rasinari a Romanian village is known for their Shepards and cheese production Sibiel a typical Romanian village with a museum of icons painted on glass by the Romanian peasants in the area. Our last stop in Cristian – a village inhabited mostly by Landlers a population broth here by the Austrian Empire. The attraction here is a fortified church but also an abundance of storks that call this village home. After our visit, we return to Sibiu.
Optional 1: Day Tour to Sighisoara from Sibiu Highlights • Enjoy a day trip to Sighisoara and Biertan (10 Hours) • Learn about Sighisoara from an English-speaking guide • Discover the beautiful and mysterious Fortified Church in Biertan Full description: Depart from Sibiu in the morning and set off for Sighisoara, designated a UNESCO World Heritage site. In a walking tour explore this perfectly intact 16th-century fort with nine towers, cobbled streets, burgher houses and ornate churches. It is also the birthplace of Vlad Dracula, also known as Vlad the Impaler, ruler of the province of Walachia from 1456 to 1462 and the figure who inspired Bram Stoker's fictional creation, Count Dracula. The city tour ends with some free time for you to explore the on your own and have lunch. On your way back to Sibiu, you will stop in Biertan village, you can visit the fortified church in Biertanand that has the seat of the Lutheran Evangelical Bishop in Transylvania between 1572 and 1867. After an exciting day of discovery, sit back and relax as you are transferred back to Sibiu. You will discover the beauty of the glacial Balea Lake (2034 m), Vidraru dam lake. The Transfagarasan mountain road is one of the most spectacular roads in the world. Located in Romania, it runs trough Fagaras mountains and it represents a challenge for every driver because of its sharp hairp in turns. Built between 1970 and 1974 by the military forces, the Transfagarasan has more tunnels and viaducts then any other road in Romania.
