To ensure a comfortable and smooth experience throughout the GLAM South America tour, guests are advised to bring the following:

Comfortable walking shoes, suitable for city tours, cobblestone streets, and archaeological sites
Lightweight, breathable clothing for warm and humid destinations (Rio de Janeiro, Iguassu, Lima)
Layered clothing or a light jacket, especially for cooler evenings and higher-altitude destinations such as Cusco and the Sacred Valley
Rain jacket or poncho, particularly for Iguassu Falls and regions with variable weather

No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services, regardless of the reason.
Inclusions & Incidentals
Unless otherwise stated, the package includes accommodations, applicable taxes, and meals as indicated in the itinerary. All incidental expenses (including room service, minibar, laundry, beverages, phone calls, and damage charges) are the guest’s responsibility and may be charged directly by the hotel.
Flights & Airline Responsibility
International and domestic flights are not included unless explicitly stated. Topaz Tours is not responsible for airline delays, schedule changes, cancellations, missed connections, or any resulting loss of services. No refunds will be issued for services missed due to flight disruptions.
Flight Schedules & Missed Services
Tour services, transfers, meals, and activities operate according to the official itinerary schedule. Missed services due to late arrivals, early departures, or airline schedule changes are non-refundable.
Itinerary Changes & Operational Disruptions
For safety, operational, or logistical reasons, including weather, traffic, environmental conditions, or government regulations, the tour leader and local operators reserve the right to modify the itinerary. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives; however, no monetary compensation will be offered.
Shared Services
Certain services, including transportation, excursions, and activities (particularly in the Amazon/Manaus add-on), may be operated on a shared basis with other guests, as outlined in the itinerary.
Optional Excursions
Optional activities and add-ons not included in the itinerary are offered at an additional cost. Topaz Tours is not responsible for services booked independently or through third parties.
Coach & Transportation Issues
In the event of a vehicle or vessel breakdown, a replacement will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered.
Hotel Substitutions
Hotels listed are subject to availability. In cases of force majeure or operational necessity, accommodations of a similar category and standard will be provided. Final hotel details will be confirmed prior to departure. No compensation will be offered for hotel substitutions.
Environmental & Local Authority Restrictions
Activities may be modified or canceled due to environmental conditions, wildlife protection regulations, or local authority requirements. Such changes are made for safety and conservation purposes and do not entitle guests to refunds.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Topaz Tours shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the tour.
