Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Frankfurt airport, reception through our company and transfer to your hotel in downtown Frankfurt. Rest of the day at leisure for private activities. Visit the Römer Platz, the main square and walk from there towards the Main River. Crossing the bridge to the other side will give you a nice view of the Mainhattan skyline, with interesting Skykrappers. Overnight.

Breakfast at the Hotel. Come today with us to one of the most beautiful destinations in Germany: the Rhine Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The winding Rhine loops through the mountain ranges, the small, traditional villages, the steep terraces of the vineyards and the mighty medieval castles on both sides of the bank form the magnificent panorama of this river landscape. Above the vineyards you have a wonderful view of the valley. In the warmer seasons, it's worth taking a slow cable car ride down to the river (optional). Lunch is served in our selected event location directly on the bank in Rüddesheim/Assmannshausen. The boat trip is one of the highlights of your trip. We will leave the restaurant and walk to the pier to embark one of the typical white Rhine steamer ships. Slowly downstreaming the most beautiful part of the valley, you will enjoy the stunning scenic beauty of the river panorama. Approx. one and a half hour later we have reached the famous Loreley Rock: The famous poem of Heinrich Heine describes the beautiful female sitting on the cliff above the Rhine and combing her golden hair, distracting shipmen with her beauty and song, causing them to crash on the rocks. At St. Goarshausen we will disembark. After the boat ride we will return to Frankfurt alongside the river banks by bus. Overnight in Frankfurt (B) (L)

Breakfast at the Hotel. Today we will offer you a day trip to Rothenburg, located on the Romantic Road high above the Tauber Valley, and considered one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Germany. You can walk through the picturesque old streets with their half-timbered houses, to the city gates and the mighty Renaissance town hall, the beautiful castle garden and St. James' Church with the world-famous "Holy Blood Altar" by Tilman Riemenschneider. And on to a visit to the Crime Museum, the magical Doll and Toy Museum or the Christmas Museum. Rothenburg is an incredible journey through time. And a special place for beautiful souvenirs: wood carvings, glasses, Christmas decorations, beer mugs and even cuckoo clocks. Recommended in culinary terms: the “snowballs” made from sweet shortcrust pastry. Back to Frankfurt. Overnight. (B)

Departure after breakfast towards Cologne, a city known for its Gothic cathedral. Go to the train station at the scheduled time. At arrival, go to your hotel, which is at walking distance from the train station. After registering, you can walk around downtown and visit the cathedral, a stunning Gothic masterpiece and renowned for its twin spires, which rise over 150 meters, making it one of the tallest churches in the world. Construction began in 1248 and took over 600 years to complete. The cathedral is famous for its intricate façade, stunning stained-glass windows, and as the resting place of the Shrine of the Three Kings, believed to hold the relics of the Magi. It's a UNESCO World Heritage site and a symbol of Cologne's rich history and architecture. In the afternoon we will invite you to get on board a boat and enjoy the journey along the river Rhine. Overnight (B).

Breakfast at the Hotel. Your journey continues in Hamburg, the second largest city in Germany, situated on the river Elbe and the third largest port in Europe. Rest of the day free for private activities. Among other things, you will find a Museum of superlatives, the Miniatur Wunderland, the largest model railway in the world and Hamburg's No. 1 tourist attraction. We will provide your scheduled skip the line tickets. This unique miniature masterpiece was created on an area of 1,499 square metres in around 795,000 working hours, and it continues to grow. In addition to its sophisticated technology, it impresses above all with its richness of detail. Over 265,000 figures were lovingly staged, cars and ships move through the landscapes, and even airplanes take off from Knuffingen Airport every minute. The Wunderland is a breathtaking miniature cosmos that cannot be seen anywhere else in the world. Accommodation. (B)

It is located in the port of Hamburg—within the HafenCity quarter—and was built from 1883 to 1927. Among other things, you will find a Museum of superlatives, the Miniatur Wunderland, the largest model railway in the world and Hamburg's No. 1 tourist attraction.
