Los Cabos Snorkeling: Santa Maria & Chileno Bays with Guide and Transportation

Certified bilingual snorkeling guide (English and Spanish) throughout the experience at Santa Maria and Chileno Bays, including safety instructions, snorkeling assistance, and guidance in the water.

Travel insurance is included for participants during the guided activity, subject to the terms, conditions, coverage limits, and exclusions of the applicable insurance policy.

Complimentary round-trip transportation is included from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Tourist Corridor, in an air-conditioned vehicle.

Transportation is provided in a Chevrolet Express or Toyota Hiace van. Additional hotel pick-ups may be scheduled along the route.

Hotels outside the designated complimentary transportation area, including Hard Rock, Nobu, Diamante, Rancho San Lucas, and Four Seasons Costa Palmas, are not included in hotel pick-up service. Guests staying at these properties will meet at OXXO Plaza Gali in Cabo San Lucas.

Guests arriving independently may arrange a meeting point in advance. Exact pick-up times and meeting instructions are provided after booking.

The snorkeling experience takes place at Santa Maria and Chileno Bays, with transportation between the two beaches included.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age: 6 years. Children must be comfortable swimming.

• Basic to moderate physical fitness and confidence in the water are required.

• This experience is not recommended for pregnant travelers or individuals with back problems, serious heart conditions, or other medical conditions that may prevent safe participation.

• This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

• Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to join the activity.

SCHEDULE AND DURATION

• Available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

• Departure times: 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

• Approximately 2 hours of guided snorkeling and beach activities, plus transportation time.

• Morning departures are generally recommended for calmer ocean conditions and better visibility.

SNORKELING AND SAFETY

• Snorkeling takes place directly from the beaches at Santa Maria and Chileno Bays. No boats are used.

• Certified bilingual guides accompany participants during the snorkeling experience.

• Snorkeling equipment and life jackets are provided.

• Wetsuits are available upon advance request.

• Snorkeling locations, the order of stops, and activity timing may be adjusted according to daily ocean conditions.

• If the tour is canceled due to unsafe weather, ocean conditions, or operational restrictions, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

TRANSPORTATION AND MEETING POINTS

• Complimentary round-trip transportation is available from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Tourist Corridor.

CRUISE PASSENGERS

• Cabo San Lucas is a tender port. Allow sufficient time for disembarkation.

• We recommend taking the earliest available tender or arranging priority tender service when possible.

• The meeting point is OXXO Plaza Gali, approximately 3–5 minutes walking from the marina exit.

• Detailed directions will be provided with your booking confirmation.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PUNCTUALITY

• Please confirm your reservation at least 24 hours before your activity through your booking communication channel, WhatsApp, or phone at +52 624 178 9553.

• If you have not received your final pick-up time or meeting instructions at least 24 hours before your tour, please contact us directly.

• A printed voucher is not required. Your guide will ask for the reservation name.

• Please arrive on time at the agreed meeting point or pick-up location. Guides wait a maximum of 5 minutes.

• No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of this shared tour.

• Medical refund requests require an official doctor's certificate issued on the day of the activity and prior notification before the scheduled start time.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Locker facilities are not available. Personal belongings may usually remain inside the transportation vehicle during the activity.

• We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, sun protection, and only essential personal items.
