Tour Overview
Uganda is
home to more than half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas, found in
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. Gorilla
trekking offers a rare opportunity to spend one hour with these endangered
primates in their natural habitat. Mgahinga Gorilla National
Park is also the only destination in Uganda where golden monkeys can be
tracked, making this itinerary unique for combining both experiences in a short
time.
Arriving via Kigali International Airport shortens
travel time significantly (approx. 4–5 hours drive to Kisoro), making it ideal
for a 4-day safari.
