Begin your day with breakfast at your hotel before heading to the Petra back route. This unique path offers a less-traveled way into Petra, starting from Little Petra (Siq al-Barid).

Hiking to the Monastery (Ad Deir): Trek through stunning desert landscapes, passing ancient Nabatean ruins, and enter Petra via the Monastery, one of the site's most iconic and impressive structures.

Explore the surrounding trails and enjoy panoramic views of Petra’s rugged beauty. After your hike, visit nearby highlights such as the Great Temple and Qasr Al-Bint.

Return to your hotel to rest after an active day or optionally take Arabic path.

The Petra Back Route, starting from Little Petra (Siq al-Barid) and leading to the Monastery (Ad Deir), covers a distance of approximately 6-8 kilometers (4-5 miles) depending on the specific trail taken.

Duration: The hike typically takes 2-3 hours one way, depending on your pace and fitness level.

Afterwards, you will be heading towards “The Valley of the Moon” Wadi Rum: One of the most picturesque deserts in the world, renowned as a filming location, in movies such as “Lawrence of Arabia”, “Transformers”, “The Martian”, “Rouge One”, “Aladdin”, “Dune” etc. ·   

Your adventure will include a 2-hour Jeep Safari, enjoying the naturally multi-colored canyons, Lawrence of Arabia’s house, the Sandstone Mountains and the dunes of Wadi Rum. ·

From there, descend into the buzzing streets of Downtown, known locally as Al-Balad.
