Lake Minnewanka is the largest lake in Banff National Park and one of the most scenic alpine lakes in the Canadian Rockies, surrounded by rugged mountain peaks and pristine wilderness.

Guests may have the opportunity to join an optional boat cruise on Lake Minnewanka, offering a relaxing way to appreciate the dramatic landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and the area’s natural beauty from a different perspective.

This experience is optional, weather-dependent, and subject to local availability on the day of the visit.

Important Flight Information

Arrival Airport: Calgary International Airport (YYC)

Departure Airport: Calgary International Airport (YYC)

Guests should plan to arrive in Calgary (YYC) on Day 1, allowing sufficient time to check in at the hotel before the scheduled meet & greet with the Tour Manager at 6:00 PM.

Departure flights should be booked from Calgary (YYC) on the final day of the tour.

Airport transfers are provided via complimentary hotel shuttle service on arrival and departure days. Shuttle schedules are subject to hotel operating hours and availability.

Guests arriving on late flights may miss scheduled Day 1 activities. No refunds will be provided for missed services due to late arrival.

If the hotel shuttle is unavailable due to flight timing, guests will be responsible for arranging transportation at their own expense.

Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, as per hotel policy.

Special rates for pre- and post-tour hotel stays are available for your convenience.

Rates are per night in USD and valid only for one night before or after your tour.

• Porterage / baggage handling is not included and may be requested directly at hotels for an additional cost.

• Canadian hotel rooms typically offer a maximum of two double beds. Rollaway beds are generally not permitted in rooms with two existing beds.

• Water bottles, kettles, and in-room amenities are not guaranteed at all hotels and may vary by property.

• Seating on the coach operates on a first-come, first-served basis and may change daily.

• For smaller groups (under 10 passengers), the driver may also serve as the tour leader, and some meals may be plated instead of buffet-style.
