Discover Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco. See its central market as well as the Habous, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city known for its shops and souks where bargain hunters throng. Other sights include the city's royal palace as well as Mohamed V Square, the residential area of Anfa and the outer façade of the Hassan II Mosque.
Head for Meknes, the cultural capital of Morocco. The famous gate of Bab Mansour, with its ornate exterior, is a highlight of the city, while its royal stables and Jewish quarter are other unmissable sights. Next, leave Meknes in your back-view mirror and drive to the holy city of Moulay Idriss as well as to the ruins of Volubilis, a Roman city. Your journey comes to an end on reaching Fez. Check into your hotel on arrival and enjoy your dinner.
The whole day today is devoted to exploring the spiritual capital of Morocco. See the city's medieval medina as well as Bou Anania Medersa, Funduq al-Najjarin (Nejjarine fountain) and the mausoleum of Moulay Idriss. Gaze at the outer façade of the Karaouyne Mosque. Visit the souks and handicraft quarters of the city in the afternoon and see the famous Jemaa el-Fna Square, known for its non-stop entertainment.
