Early in the morning, visit the Negombo Fish Market before breakfast. Return to your hotel for breakfast, then check out and drive to Sigiriya. Upon arrival, check in to your pre-booked hotel for an overnight stay. After refreshing, proceed for a sightseeing tour of the ancient Sigiriya Rock Fortress. The rest of the day is free for your leisure activities.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a day excursion to Anuradhapura. Visit Sri Maha Bodhi, the oldest historically documented tree in the world, along with the Brazen Palace, Dagobas, Ruwanwelisaya, Abeygiri and Jetavana Monasteries. Explore the rock-cut statues of Lord Buddha, ancient palace ruins, and the Isurumuniya Rock Temple. After completing your sightseeing tour in Anuradhapura, drive back to Sigiriya for an overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, begin your sightseeing tour of Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Later, proceed for a day excursion to Polonnaruwa, the medieval city and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the Royal Palace, the Gal Vihare complex with its four Buddha images carved from a single granite slab, and the giant statue of Polonnaruwa’s greatest king. After completing your sightseeing tour in Polonnaruwa, drive back to Sigiriya for an overnight stay.

Early in the morning, drive to Yala National Park for a wildlife safari to spot leopards lounging in trees or stalking through the brush, crocodiles patrolling the rivers, and wild elephants grazing across the savanna. After the morning game drive, return to your hotel for breakfast and some leisure time. After lunch, head out for an afternoon safari in the park, where you can also capture amazing wildlife photographs. Return to your hotel in the evening for an overnight stay.
