Itinerary

You will be picked up from your hotel around 10:00 am and will be taken to Valle de Guadalupe, where you will have the opportunity to visit 4 wineries.

The first, Bodegas de Santo Tomás winery offers wine tasting from the oldest vineyard in the Valley, surrounded by the most beautiful landscape of Valle de Guadalupe. Bodegas de Santo Tomás began making wine in 1888, offering 40 labels of the region's best grapes.

Afterwards, you will be taken to 3 boutique wineries, all of them with fine wines with important international awards. We will visit Vinos Plata where you will meet a winemaker Eric Plata. Afterwards we will arrive at Decantos Vinicola, you will take a guided tour of the production area (to see barrels and fermentation tanks) and the last stop at Bodegas Magoni where you will walk through vineyards, buy local products, or simply enjoy a relaxing glass of wine paired with some appetizers surrounded by unique architecture.

At the end, around 4:30 pm, you will be taken to a gourmet restaurant Finca Altozano also in the valley, where you can close your day with a Baja-Med style meal, created by international chef Javier Placencia.

You will be taken back to your hotel at around 6:00 pm. You will have bottled water and snacks during the tour.

DIRECTIONS TO GET TO THE CENTRO CULTURAL RIVIERA simply walk straight from the cruise ship dock towards the direction of the town (about 15 min), cross the main street with the name Ave. Lazaro Cardenas, and you will find the Riviera Center in front of you. It's a big white colonial style building.
