Apostles Church (Kumbet Mosque)
Apostles Church, also called the Cathedral of Kars or the Holy Apostles Church, is a 10th-century church located in Kars Province. It is described as the Hagia Sophia of the East at the same time. It was built by King Abas of the Bagratid Kingdom of Armenia. It was used as a church, museum, and mosque throughout the centuries. Since 1993, it has been a mosque with the name Kumbet Mosque.
