Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Your driver will meet you in the arrival hall with a name board showing your name. Please call
or WhatsApp the emergency contact number on your travel vouchers in the unlikely event
that you do not manage to locate your driver.
Your hotel is located close to the V&A Waterfront which offers many shops, restaurants,
entertainment and attractions. There is a complimentary shuttle service for hotel guests to the
Waterfront.
Enjoy the afternoon and evening at your own leisure, enjoy delicious dishes at Tobago's
Restaurant or unwind with a cocktail at the hotel rim-flow pool, offering incredible ocean

You will be met by your guide in your hotel reception area and taken on a Half Day Cape
Town City Orientation Tour to learn about Cape Town’s rich history and vibrant cultures. The
day starts with a cableway trip to the top of one of the World’s Natural Wonders – Table
Mountain, also the city’s most iconic and recognisable landmark. Explore the walking trails at
the top and take in the many different views point across the City Bowl, Table Bay, Atlantic
Seaboard and Peninsula.
From Table Mountain your guide will take you back down into the city to visit the colourful Bo
Kaap (Cape Malay Quarter), enjoy a walk through the Company Gardens and Greenmarket
Square and an orientation drive taking in some of the important historical buildings (for
example the Castle of Good Hope – South Africa’s oldest building), streets and features. The rest of the day will be at your own leisure, you can choose from a wide range of optional
activities and excursions that Cape Town has to offer.

This morning take in the last of the seaviews at breakfast at your hotel before your transfer to
Cape Town International Airport - it's now time for safari! Fly to Hoedspruit Airport where you
will be met and transferred (a short 15 minute drive) to your lodge on the Moditlo Private Game
Reserve.
Pronounced ‘mo-di-tlo’, the name comes from the herds of majestic elephants that roam the
whopping 36,000 acres of African bushveld that make up the reserve. Set within the Blue
Canyon Conservancy at the foot of the famous Drakensberg mountain range, Moditlo is near
the Greater Kruger National Park.
Enjoy a light, late lunch and check into your room at the lodge before heading out on your
first afternoon game drive.
To go on safari is one of the greatest adventures one can experience outdoors and Moditlo's
excellent team of nature guides and trackers will help you encounter the magic of the
surrounds. Guides have been hand-picked for their vast knowledge of the area and its animals
and will be more than happy to clarify, inform and discuss any topic at length.

A typical day on safari includes an early wake up for the morning game drive, setting off at
sunrise. Return to the lodge in time for breakfast. You can then choose to enjoy some relaxation
time at the lodge, or join an optional activity. After lunch there's time for a siesta before the
afternoon game drive departs.

Designed to provide guests with an authentic, yet luxurious African safari experience, the
lodge is a spacious structure of warm, natural wood and thatch with ample verandas that
wrap around our various dining and entertainment areas. Here you will find a crystal-clear
swimming pool, restaurant, curio shop, communal lounges and bar.
Stroll from your room down the meandering wooden walkways to enjoy a relaxing drink beside
the pool as the heat of the day settles on the bushveld soil and take a moment to drink in the

This monring enjoy your last morning game drive and breakfast at the lodge before your
transfer back to Hoedpsruit Airport to board your flight to Johannesburg. On arrival at OR
Tambo International Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel in the upmarket
Sandton.
The rest of the day is at your own leisure. Your hotel offers a shuttle service to Sandton City
which offers a hig-end shopping experience and a wide variety of dining options at Nelson
Mandela Square.
Overnight at Da Vinci Hotel & Suites (standard room)
Discover the city center of Johannesburg; whose geometrical design and high skyscrapers
irresistibly bring Manhattan Island to mind. Continue towards Soweto (Johannesburg’s South
Western Township) a symbol of the fight for freedom. Finally, we visit the Apartheid Museum
dedicated to recounting the history of the rise and fall of Apartheid in 20th century.
