Welcome to Turkey! Starting and ending in Istanbul, this tour is an opportunity to explore the sites of Noah's Ark tale in the foothills of Mount Ararat, including Dogubeyazit, Uzengili Village, Sagliksuyu Village, Diyadin, and Tendurek Valley.

Itinerary
(Lunch and Dinner included)
Depart for your domestic flight from Istanbul airport to Van - Ferit Melen. Upon arrival, you ou will be met at Van airport by our staff, transfer to Gevas for lunch and next to Van lake. After lunch we will take a boat to Akdamar Island to visit an old Armenian Ahtamara church built in the 10th century. Visit Van Cat near Van city, after which we will drive to Dogubeyazit via Muradiye and Caldiran. Overnight at hotel in Dogubeyazit.

After breakfast we will drive via Mount Ararat to Uzengili (Mahser) village to visit the predicted location of Noah's Ark. Walk down to the Ark site to view the geographical shapes which are believed to belong to The Ark before visiting an Altar stone near Uzengili village. Transfer and Overnight at hotel in Dogubeyazit.

Today we will drive to Sagliksuyu (Arzap) village to visit number of Anchor stones, the House of Noah and Altar stone. Drive down to the iron springs next to the village. Transfer and Overnight at hotel in Dogubeyazit.

Today we will take our transport to Mount Ararat at 2000m before loading our camping equipment onto our mules and departing for our trek up to Green camp at 3200m. The trek will take approximately 5 hours to base camp. Overnight at camp.

After breakfast at Green camp we depart for our descent down to 2700m to visit a Kurdish nomad village, before having lunch with Kurdish villagers. There we will have the opportunity to see traditional Kurdish village life in the mountains. After the village visit, walk down to 2000m for our transfer back to Dogubeyazit. Overnight at Dogubeyazit.

Today we will explore Dogubeyazit, Ishakpasa palace which is one of biggest palaces in the silk road route, and a Meteor crater just next to the Iranian border. In same time you will see a lot of Iranian people are crossing the border into Turkey. Drive to Diyadin village to see the natural hot spring in the Tendurek valley and take the opportunity to soak your weary bodies after your trek. Transfer to hotel in Dogubeyazit.

Today you will transfer to Van- Ferit Melen airport for your domestic flight back to Istanbul - Airport. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Free evening. Overnight in Istanbul.
