Itinerary
You'll be picked up from your Nairobi hotel or airport in the morning then we'll drive to Tsavo East National Park, which is renowned for its large numbers of elephants and the famous man-eating lions. You will engage in an en-route game drive in Tsavo East National Park on your way to your lodge where you will check in and have your lunch. Another game-viewing activity awaits you in the afternoon. Search for various wildlife species, which include elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, buffalo, impalas, zebras, and different bird species. Explore the wilderness of this national park and enjoy the scenery around you. Return back to the lodge in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay.
Early in the morning, you'll have your breakfast and go for a game drive in the park as you drive out to Tsavo West National Park. Tsavo West is a more popular destination on account of its magnificent scenery, Mzima Springs, rich and varied wildlife, good road system, rhino sanctuary, rock climbing potential and guided walks along the Tsavo River. Arrive in time for lunch and check in at the lodge. You will have lunch and a short rest before you go for the afternoon game drive. Return later to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
Early in the morning, you'll have your breakfast and go for a game drive in the park as you drive out to Amboseli National Park. The park is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of the snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape and open plains. Arrive in time for check-in and lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. See more game like elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, cheetahs, elands, and topis among others. You will return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and your overnight stay.
Today rise up early for breakfast and leave the camp with our picnic lunch boxes ready for a great full-day adventure. The park is home to a large resident population of Burchell’s zebras. Other herbivores include Thomson’s and Grants gazelles, buffalo, warthogs, Masai giraffes, impalas, waterbucks and dik-diks. Baboons and vervet monkeys inhabit the scarce woodlands. Carnivores are represented by lions, spotted hyenas, wild cats, jackals, caracals and cheetahs. With regards to birds, more than 400 species of birds have been registered, among which outstanding pelican, flamingo, kingfisher, African fish eagle, ibis, secretary bird, crowned crane, grey and Goliath herons, cattle egret, black-winged stilt, little grebe, Egyptian goose, martial eagle, pigmy falcon, Masai ostrich, white-backed vulture, lappet-faced vulture, yellow-necked spurfowl, the kori bustard and hornbills. After the rains, the park gathers large flocks of water birds. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the lodge.
After breakfast from the lodge, you will depart Amboseli for Lake Naivasha. On the way, you will have stop at the viewpoint for beautiful photos as well as to see the formation of the Great Rift Valley. Proceed to Lake Naivasha arriving at your lodge for lunch. You will spend the afternoon at leisure to enjoy a boat ride on the lake. This is the better experience for you to watch the behaviour of hippos in the water. You will also see grebes, guinea fowls, ducks, pigeons, doves, cuckoos, cranes, plovers, jacanas and more than 450 species of birds around the lake. Continue to Crescent Island for a short walk to interact with the animals such as the zebras, buffalo, antelopes, giraffes, warthogs and monkeys up close. Dinner and your overnight stay are at your lodge/camp.
After breakfast from the lodge, you will be driven to Lake Nakuru National Park. Across the equator, southwards of Bogoria, lies the Rift Valley’s most famous lake, Lake Nakuru. Known all over the world for its flamingos, it’s alkaline and is recognized as being one of the Natural Wonders of the World. Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, harbouring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos, but the flamingos, of course, have always been the main attraction. At times, there may be almost 2 million flamingos in the residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lakeshore. You will arrive in time for lunch and have an afternoon game drive. See rhinos, giraffes, zebras, baboons and further big cats. The park itself is very scenic with the lake contrasting the acacia woodland areas where troops of baboons can be seen. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the lodge.
After breakfast at the lodge, you will make your way to Masai Mara Game Reserve. We will drive via a typical African savanna country dotted with local homesteads and colourful Maasai herdsmen grazing their cattle. As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of wildebeest, zebras and attendant predators. We will proceed and arrive at camp with enough time to settle in before lunch and a little time to relax before we head out for our afternoon game drive. Return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
Rise today for breakfast. As the cool, fresh air fills your lungs, you will feel invigorated and rejuvenated, ready for a great day to explore Kenya’s flagship park. Roll down the windows or stand up through the customized pop-up roof hatch and enjoy this unhindered 360-degrees view, and the possibilities for what lies ahead. Masai Mara is one of the lushest reserves in Africa and is globally renowned for providing excellent predator sightings in their natural habitats thanks to its relatively large populations of lion, cheetah and leopard. We will also see many elephants, Masai giraffes, common zebras, impalas, Thompson and Grant’s gazelles, topis, hartebeests, black-backed jackals, spotted hyenas and more. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the camp.
You spend this last morning in the park admiring unspoiled Africa as you prepare for a drive back to the buzzing Kenya capital bringing to an end what we hope shall be a safari of your lifetime. We hope to welcome you back to magical Kenya! And as we say here “Karibu Tena”.

Visa Requirements: You’ll need visas for both Kenya and Tanzania. For convenience, some travelers can apply for an East African tourist visa, which covers Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Make sure to confirm visa requirements based on your nationality.
Vaccinations and Health Precautions: A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required for entry into both Kenya and Tanzania, so be sure to get vaccinated if you haven't already. Anti-malarial medication is also highly recommended, as both countries have areas with malaria-carrying mosquitoes.
Packing Essentials: Prepare for a range of temperatures by packing lightweight clothing, layers for cool mornings and evenings, a wide-brimmed hat, and comfortable walking shoes for game drives. Don’t forget binoculars, which make a big difference for spotting wildlife in the distance.
Cash and Currency: While credit cards are accepted in some areas, it’s best to have cash for smaller purchases and tips. Both Kenya and Tanzania accept U.S. dollars, but be sure the bills are from 2011 or later, as older ones are often not accepted.
Local Customs and Etiquette: Respect local customs by asking permission before photographing the Maasai or other local people. Dress modestly, especially when visiting villages or interacting with the local community, to show respect for cultural norms.
