Glass-Bottom Kayaking & Snorkeling at the Arch of Cabo San Lucas

Certified bilingual guide throughout the kayaking and snorkeling experience, including safety instructions and assistance in the water.

Travel insurance is included for participants during the guided activity, subject to the terms, conditions, coverage limits, and exclusions of the applicable insurance policy.

Complimentary round-trip transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Tourist Corridor. Exact pick-up times and meeting instructions are provided after booking. Transportation from hotels outside the designated service area is not included.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age: 6 years. Children must be comfortable in the water.

• Maximum combined weight per tandem kayak: 425 lb (approximately 193 kg), including both participants.

• Basic to moderate physical fitness and comfort in the water are required.

• This activity is not recommended for pregnant travelers or individuals with back problems or serious heart conditions.

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

• Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to join the activity.

DEPARTURE TIMES AND DURATION

• Daily departures at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

• Approximately 2 hours of kayaking and snorkeling, plus transportation time.

• Morning departures are recommended, as ocean conditions are generally calmer and boat traffic is lighter.

OCEAN CONDITIONS AND SAFETY

• All kayaking and snorkeling activities begin directly from Playa Empacadora. No motorized boats are used.

• Wind and ocean conditions may occasionally prevent access to the Arch. If this happens, the experience continues around Land's End with scenic kayaking and additional snorkeling time.

• Partial refunds are not provided for route adjustments caused by ocean conditions when the activity continues.

• If the tour is canceled due to unsafe weather, ocean conditions, or operational restrictions, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

• Life jackets are provided and must be worn during kayaking.

• Wetsuits are available upon advance request, particularly during winter months.

TRANSPORTATION AND MEETING POINTS

• Complimentary round-trip transportation is available from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Tourist Corridor.

• Hotels outside the designated transportation area, including Hard Rock, Nobu, Diamante, Rancho San Lucas, and Four Seasons Costa Palmas, are not included in complimentary pick-up service.

• Guests staying at these properties and cruise passengers meet at OXXO Plaza Gali in Cabo San Lucas.

• Guests arriving independently may arrange to meet at OXXO Plaza Gali or directly at Playa Empacadora. Please notify us in advance.

• There is no public parking directly at Playa Empacadora.

• Exact pick-up times and meeting instructions are provided after booking.

CRUISE PASSENGERS

• Cabo San Lucas is a tender port. Allow sufficient time to disembark and reach the meeting point.

• We recommend taking the earliest available tender or arranging priority tender service whenever possible.

• The meeting point is OXXO Plaza Gali, approximately 3–5 minutes walking from the marina exit.

• Detailed walking instructions will be provided with your booking confirmation.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PUNCTUALITY

• Please confirm your reservation at least 24 hours before your activity by WhatsApp or phone at +52 624 178 9553, or through your booking communication channel.

• If you have not received your final pick-up or meeting instructions at least 24 hours before your tour, please contact us.

• A printed voucher is not required. Your guide will ask for the reservation name.

• Please arrive on time. Guides wait a maximum of 5 minutes after the scheduled meeting or pick-up time.

• No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Shared tours: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Medical refund requests require an official doctor's certificate issued on the day of the activity and notification before the scheduled start time.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Locker facilities are not available. Personal belongings may usually remain inside the transportation vehicle during the activity.

• We recommend bringing only essential personal items.
