Private Kayak & Snorkel Tour at the Arch of Cabo San Lucas

Civil liability insurance is included in the tour, subject to the terms, conditions, coverage limits, and exclusions of the applicable insurance policy.

Round-trip transportation is included from hotels within the designated tourist areas of Cabo San Lucas, the Tourist Corridor, and San José del Cabo.

Hotel pick-up times vary according to location and are confirmed one day before the tour.

Cruise passengers must also meet at OXXO Plaza Gali. The guide does not meet guests at the cruise pier.

Transportation is subject to the designated pick-up areas and the confirmed meeting arrangements.

DEPARTURE TIMES

• Available daily, with departures at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, subject to availability and ocean conditions.

• The time displayed during the online booking process is a reference. Your preferred departure time, exact hotel pick-up time, and meeting instructions will be confirmed after booking, subject to availability.

• Morning departures are recommended, as wind and sea conditions are generally more favorable.

DURATION

• Approximately 2.5 hours of private kayaking and snorkeling activities, plus transportation time depending on the hotel or meeting location.

GROUP SIZE AND PRIVATE BOOKING

• This is a fully private experience, exclusively reserved for your booking and not shared with other travelers.

• A minimum booking charge equivalent to 2 participants applies, even if only one guest attends.

• Solo travelers are welcome and may book by paying the minimum two-person rate.

• Please select the actual number of participants when booking. There is no need to register additional guests.

• Tandem kayaks accommodate up to 2 participants per kayak, with a maximum combined weight capacity of 193 kg (425 lb).

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

• Suitable for guests ages 6–70.

• Participants should be comfortable in the water and physically able to paddle.

• Life jackets are provided and must be worn during water activities.

• This activity is not recommended for pregnant guests or individuals with significant back problems, serious heart conditions, or medical conditions that may affect safe participation.

• The tour is not wheelchair accessible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All activities begin directly from Playa Empacadora. No motorboats are used.

• The route follows the coastline of Land's End, with views of the Arch of Cabo San Lucas and the sea lion colony when conditions permit.

• Guided snorkeling takes place at Pelican Rock, subject to ocean conditions.

• Landing at Lover's Beach (Playa del Amor) is not included.

• Reaching the Arch is not guaranteed. The route may be adjusted according to wind, waves, currents, and safety considerations.

• If High Tide Los Cabos cancels the activity due to unsafe weather or ocean conditions, guests may reschedule for another available date or receive a full refund.

TRANSPORTATION AND MEETING POINTS

• Complimentary round-trip transportation is available from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Tourist Corridor.

• Complimentary hotel pick-up is not available from Hard Rock, Nobu, Diamante, Rancho San Lucas, or Four Seasons Costa Palmas.

• Guests staying at these properties and cruise passengers meet at OXXO Plaza Gali in Cabo San Lucas.

• Guests arriving independently may arrange to meet directly at Playa Empacadora, subject to advance confirmation. Public parking is not available directly at the beach.

• Exact pick-up times and meeting instructions are provided after booking.

BOOKING AND PUNCTUALITY

• Please provide your hotel name or preferred meeting arrangements when booking.

• A printed voucher is not required. Your guide will ask for the reservation name.

• Please arrive punctually at the confirmed meeting point or pick-up location. Guides wait a maximum of 5 minutes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of this private tour.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure and no-shows are non-refundable.

• Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.

• Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for beach activities.

• Any personal medication required during the excursion.
