Your experience begins with a visit to the historic Triana Market, where you will explore local food stalls, discover fresh seasonal ingredients and learn about the culinary traditions of Seville. Together with your local host, you will select some of the ingredients used during the cooking workshop.

Continue to a welcoming Andalusian home, where a local cooking expert will guide you through the preparation of traditional recipes. Get hands-on experience making a selection of authentic dishes, from delicious starters to two main courses and a traditional dessert. Depending on the season, you may prepare specialties such as salmorejo, habas con jamón, secreto ibérico or flamenquín cordobés.

Once the cooking is complete, sit down and enjoy the meal you have prepared, accompanied by drinks and the warm hospitality of your hosts.
