Ataturk House And Ethnography Museum (Tokat)
Ataturk is known to have traveled to Tokat six times both during and after the Independence War. Mustafa Vasfi Susoy served him as his staff officer and fellow gunman during the Gallipoli Campaign and the Turkish Independence War, as well as afterward. Ataturk always stayed in Mustafa Vasfi Susoy’s home when he visited Tokat, which was converted into a museum. The residence, which was constructed in the latter half of the 19th century, debuted as a museum in 2007.
