Cide

Cide is a rich forest district in Kastamonu, in the Black Sea region of Turkey. There is no constant information about who founded the district; however, Paphlagonians, Romans, Byzantines, and Ottomans ruled it. The region's tourist attractions are Gideros Cove, Loc Valley, Kerempe Lighthouse, Valla Canyon, and the Rifat Ilgaz Museum.
