Dalaman Stream

The Dalaman Stream rises in the Yesilgol Mountains to the south of Golhisar district and flows through Cameli, Acipayam, Ortaca, and Dalaman districts. It is finally reaching the Mediterranean Sea. With a total length of 229 km and a basin area of 3,500 km2, the stream has gained significance as a tourist destination since the construction of the Dalaman airport. The stream features a 26-kilometer rafting stretch with a difficulty level of 3–4. Additionally, the Bereket Dam and the the Akkopru Dam have been constructed on the stream.
