Fish Market Museum

The Fish Market Museum, is a Roman monument that was transformed into a temple with four columns on the front facade, situated on a high platform with steps in the middle of a nearly square area bounded by a portico consisting of arches on piers. The tomb is located in the burial chamber on the floor of the temple. The building was renovated through joint efforts by Turkey and Italy and opened to the public in 1995 as an Open Air Museum. The museum is located in the Kiyikislacik Neighborhood and showcases stone and terracotta artifacts found in and around the excavations of the Ancient City of Iasos, making it a must-see attraction.
