Harbiye Waterfall (Daphne)
Harbiye, also known as Daphne, is a district in Hatay Province. It is approximately 6 kilometers from the city center. The region was a world-famous summer resort during the Hellenistic and Roman periods, and it was full of resorts and temples. However, none of them could reach today. It was damaged during the Arab invasions. The region is known for its waterfalls and clean water resources. According to the myth, Daphne, who was running from the god Apollo, was turned into a tree here.
