Hidirlik Hill

Hidirlik Hill is located in Karabuk Province's interior. It is known to be the first place where the first Turks in Safranbolu settled, prayed for rain, and celebrated Hidirellez, which is the celebration of the arrival of spring. On the hill, the tomb of Turkish commander Hidir Bey, Dr. Ali Yaver Ataman's mausoleum, who is one of the heroes of the Turkish Independence War, and the tomb of Köstendil District Governor Hasan Pasha can be visited. Plus, the hill has an amazing historical Safranbolu house and forest view.
