Hosap Castle

Hosap Castle is a large medieval castle located in the Guzelsu district of Van. It was rebuilt by Sar Suleyman Bey in 1643, but it has been known that it dates back to the Urartu era. The castle is known by the names Mahmudi Castle and/or Narin Castle. There are two mosques, three baths, fountains, and underground dungeons in the castle, which is surrounded by three intertwined walls.
